I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra extended cab. Will these work for my truck. There is the plastic liner that comes manufacture. Will theses work for my slide in camper??

The Brophy Camper Tie Downs part # HSAB are a universal fit tie down that would fit your 2010 Toyota Tundra as long as the bed liner you have isn't a drop in style. If it's a spray in style then you'd be fine. If you have a drop in style you'd have to trim it back to install these which you probably wouldn't want to do.
The correct hardware kit you'd need is the # TDHP.
