Can a Fifth Wheel Hitch be Used With Weather Guard Toolbox on 2016 Ram 2500?

Question:

will a weatherguard toolbox Model 126-5-02 Saddle Box work in conjuction with pulling a fifth wheel? this is mounted on a 2016 RAM 2500 6.7L diesel

According to my research the Weather Guard 126-5-02 is 20-1/4" from the back of your 2016 Ram 2500's cab to the front of the toolbox though please be sure to measure to verify this.

Then, to figure out if you will have the clearance, what you can do is use the attached diagram of the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ram Truck # C16427-204. You will notice with an 8 foot bed on a Dodge Ram 2500 there will be a dimension of 55-7/8" from the front rail (closest to the cab) to the rear of the truck bed; find that measurement in your Ram's bed and compare it to the measurement where the front of your toolbox is to see if there will be interference.
