Will the 60in light bar fit on a 2014 GMC Sierra? Also, does this light bar still usable with tailgate seal applied to the truck? They don’t overlap and steal space from each other would they?

Yes, you can use the Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar # RA960134 on your 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. Weather or not it will fit with the tailgate seal you mentioned I cannot say for sure. I can tell you that the light bar is 7/8 inches tall so you should be able to measure the space below the tailgate to determine if the height will be a factor.
