Hey Robert, the Rampage light bar part # RA960134 that you referenced is designed to be powered with a 4-way trailer wiring harness which your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 may not have came with since it most likely came with a 7-way.
So the easiest way to add one would be with the Curt part # C55384 which would plug right inline with your 7-way and you'd be set.
