Gooseneck Coupler Recommendation with Offset for Short Bed Truck

Question:

Will the AM 3140 replace the straight hitch on a gooseneck horse trailer? I have a Kiefer horse trailer with standard gooseneck hookup. I would like to replace it with a 8 inch offset as I have a short box truck. Thank you,

I have a solution for you, but the # AM3140 will not fit on a standard gooseneck hitch as it is designed to fit a specific adapter.

Instead we have the B and W Offset Gooseneck hitch part # BWTEXA4200 which provides 10 inches of offset and can fit 4 inch gooseneck outer tubes.
