Question:
on a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab 4WD will SumoSpring SSR-209-40 increase the rear end ride height?

Expert Reply:
By design, the Sumo Springs Solo Custom Helper Springs, part # SSR-209-40, don't normally affect your ride height. However, there are some applications where there will be contact with the springs just because of the distance from the frame to the suspension. In these cases, there will be a little bit of rear ride height added.
That being said, there's always significant improvement to rear ride height when loaded enough to engage the springs, as the springs get more solid as you add weight to the rear of the vehicle.
I've included a video that shows the installation process for these springs.
