This seems obvious to me but Ill ask anyway. If this cover works on an 8 F150 it should work on my 2002 F250 right?

The Access Vanish Roll-Up tonneau cover that will fit your 2002 Ford F-250 with an eight foot bed is the Access Vanish Roll-Up Tonneau Cover, part # 834532007677. The 2002 F-250 and F-350 models will have a little longer 8 foot bed than the F-150 model.
The Access Vanish Roll-Up Tonneau Cover, part # 834532007622 that you have referenced will fit a 1997 to 1999 Ford F-250 Light Duty with the 8 foot bed.
