I need to know the end profile dimensions of the cross bar on a Thule Exporter truck Rack System.

The ends of the crossbars on the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XT referenced in your question feature a width of 3-1/2 inches and a height of 1-5/8 inches. I went out to the warehouse to confirm these measurements and attached a picture to assist.

If you happen to be needing replacement caps for the end of the bars, you will just need part # 852-3214001.
