What are the Connections for the Titan BrakeRite II Breakaway Battery Harness?

Is the black Insulated terminal the hot/positive + connection to the battery and the blue non-insulated terminal the ground/negative -

You are correct that on the Breakaway Battery Harness for Titan BrakeRite II Electric-Hydraulic Actuators - Tandem # T4834402 the black wire with the red terminal will attach to the positive connection on the battery while the blue wire with the white terminal is for the negative connection.
