Troubleshooting the Brakerite Titan Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator and Controller

Question:
Hi, I have this system on my boat trailer. I have just replaced the cailpers and rotors. I have gravity bled and then activated the electric brakes to double the bleeding process. After all this the brake are still not activating. I checked the wiring and found that there is 12.8 V going from the car through all the wiring until the circuit board. From the circuit board to the motor I am only getting about 5-6V. This is when the breakaway brake switch is activated. Would you be able to advise how i may be able to fix this problem?

Helpful Expert Reply:
For your Titan BrakeRite I Plug and Play Electric-Hydraulic Actuator Kit # T4813102 it sounds like you have bled the lines properly, but the power is definitely an issue. It sounds like you have a lack of power from your breakaway to your actuator as well as directly to your actuator. I recommend checking your wiring for issues by checking your breakaway battery output to the controller first and then checking the output to the actuator. If you have power going in and not coming out, then replacing the control module is needed.
