Installation of Ramp Door Hinge Polar 1902

Question:
Question about part # PLR1902. I can see on video the plate is welded to project, but doesnt show attach procedure of the other stationary side, round piece. I assume it is also attached with a weld. Correct? Thanks

The Ramp Door Hinge # PLR1902 does require welding of both portions. The tab gets welded as you stated to one side and the outside cylinders get welded to the opposite side. I've attached a couple pictures to assist.
