The power lift vent fans like the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent w/12V Fan and Wall Switch - Powered Lift # V2119-1-533 will absolutely work well with the Camco RV and Enclosed Trailer Roof Vent Cover w/ Detachable Louvered Screen # CAM40453. The cover will not interfere with the powered fan or the powered lift function of the vent assembly. The cover will simply mount over it and attach to the base of it to allow uninterrupted vent use in rain or even while traveling.
