Yes, you can use Clevis Adapter # BWTS35200B with your B&W Adjustable 2-1/2-Inch ball mount # BWTS20040B. The clevis has a 1-1/8-inch hole diameter.

This adapter also work with the chrome-finish version of your ball mount, part # BWTS20040C.
