Helpful Expert Reply:
The Dexter E-Z Flex Triple Axle Suspension Kit # K71-657-00 referenced in your question is designed for triple axle trailers and includes equalizers that measure 7-3/4 inches long. If your Weekend Warrior has 3 axles and the equalizer length matches your existing set, this should work great.
The shackles included with this kit have an overall length of 3-3/4 inches and a distance between bolt holes of 2-1/4 inches (center to center). If the 2-5/8 inch shackle measurement you provided is from hole to hole, and not its overall length, then this size difference is not enough to cause an issue. If the 2-5/8 inch measurement is indeed the overall length, then this will likely cause your springs to sit in a different position and affect your overall suspension. If this is the case, you will want to consider a different option with 2-5/8 inch shackles like # 115052.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
