We offer tire chains for both of the stock tire sizes offered on the 2008 Ford E-350 van. Those tire sizes are 225/75-16 and 245/75-16. Our range of tire chains for each size is displayed on the two linked pages. Some chains are made for on-road use, others off-road. Some can be used in both types of applications.
For 225/75-16 tires Titan offers the low-profile S Class chain set # TC2319 as well as other options that require more clearance in the wheel wells. For tire size 245/75-16 again we have both S Class chains like # TC2323 and non-S-Class chains like # TC2524 for heavy-duty applications.
Use of tire chains is subject to the recommendations of the auto maker. Some vehicles can use chains only on one axle or the other. Other vehicles may be able to use chains only when a specific tire size is installed. It is best to check your owner's manual for guidance before installing chains. You can also refer to the linked article for information on chain types.
All tire chains require reduced driving speed, generally no more than 30-mph. Chains should be removed as soon as you reach clear pavement.
