The metric size designation for a trailer tire in size 20.5x8-10 is the size ST205/65-10. This tire will fit on a 10-inch diameter rim that is 6-inches wide from bead seat to bead seat.
We have two such trailer wheels with your 4-on-4 bolt pattern, both shown on the linked page. Part # AM20041 has a white powder coat finish and part # AM20043 is galvanized.
We do offer wheel/tire items that come already mounted together. These items have the 4-on-4 bolt pattern and the ST205/65-10 tire size and are shown on the other linked page. We have such products in 4 different weight load ranges to suit different requirements.
I also included for you a helpful article on trailer tire sizing.
