Where do i install this part i cannot find the port where the cartridge would get installed? Kats 11814

According to Kat's, the Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater part # KH11814 for your 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan with the 3.6L V6 engine will need to be installed on the rear of the engine (closests to the firewall) on the left hand side (drivers) which can be labeled at "RL" in the attached photo.
