I need to replace the Velcro on my bed cover. Do I just need to replace the rails or both tarp and rails. The Velcro no longer stays together

The Replacement Velcro Strip for Access Tonneau Covers # A30474 installs on the rails. It is 17 feet long x 1-1/2" wide and is compatible with Access Original, Lorado, and Lo Rider tonneau covers.
