Replacement 12 Inch Brake Assemblies Compatible with Old Warner Trailer Hub/Drums

I have the old style Warner trailer brakes 12x2 with 5 hole mounting but the hub pattern is 5 on 5.5 which to my knowledge isn’t an option. My question is can I use the dexter 12x2 brake assembly with the 12x2 Warner drum.

You can absolutely use the Dexter 12 inch brake assemblies. If you have electric brakes then the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # 23-458-459 with your current hubs. You may also want the new mounting hardware # BRKH12. For a more economic option that will work just as well, you may want to consider the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # AKEBRK-7-SA.
If you have hydraulic brakes, then the you can use # 23-342-343 or # AKUBRK-7.
We do have 5 on 5-1/2 inch assemblies, but you are correct that we don't carry any that are 12 inches like your Warner hub/drum.
