Does Installing Westin HDX Grille Guard on Truck Allow Headlight Bulb Replacement

Can you still change headlight bulb without having to remove gaurd

When you change the headlights of a truck like what the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3550 fits you actually access the bulb from behind the light under the hood so the grille guard would not interfere with that at all.
You'd have to pop the hood and reach down from behind the housing.
