Will a Pipe Mount Swivel Jack Fit a 2-3/8 Inch Outer Diameter Pipe

Question:
Trailer body extends 10foot out from frame. Want to mount jacks on each side outside body to pipe welded under frame. Pipe available 2 inch is 2.375 OD, 2.5 OD tubing is much more expensive. Which Is this right?

Pro Series Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack # PS1401420303 is a potential option for you. Please note that it does come with the pipe that gets welded onto the trailer. That pipe has an outer diameter of 2 inches. The 2-1/2 inch outer diameter mating pipe on the jack is meant to go over the included weld-on pipe. At 2-3/8 inches the pipe you have is an odd size for pipe mount jacks.
