To move the leaf springs on your trailer to the top of your drop axle, you can use a Dexter Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00 if you have a 3 inch diameter axle or # K71-384-00 if you have a 2-3/8 inch diameter axle. These kits will only work on round axle tubes and double-eye springs.
Using an Over-Under Conversion Kit will give your trailer a lift approximately equal to the axle diameter and the height of the leaf spring stack. As long as your drop axle features a round axle tube that matches the diameter the Over-Under Kit is designed for, you should have no installation issues. I have attached a couple video demonstrations and the written installation instructions that you can also take a look at.
Just note that when raising the height of the trailer, the ride quality can change and will raise its center of gravity. This combination might lead to an increased likelihood of sway.
