I have a b& w hitch in my 2017 short bed Chevy 2500. Can I use the 4 inch offset ball and the 10 inch off set pipe so I have more clearance for the 5th wheel horse trailer clearance

With your B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1016 in your 2017 Chevy 2500 short bed, you can use the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # BWGNXA4085 to give you greater clearance. Using the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler - 2-5/16" Ball - 10" Offset # BWTEXA4200 would be a great option to even further offset that short bed length to allow you greater turning clearance. These parts will work well together.
