Thank you for your reply, but I have further question does it matter if the axle is under the springs or on top of the spring, as mine would be under the spring.

When installing an axle like the Dexter Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # 20440I-ST-60, you will want the arched part of the axle to be oriented further away from the ground with the spring seats closer to the ground (see attached picture). I have also attached a video of an axle being installed that you can reference.
Once you put a load on your trailer your axle will start to straighten out due to the downward force.
