The Extang Trifecta # EX94590 is a confirmed fit for 2017 and 2018 Honda Ridgeline models. It uses the tie-down hook locations and Torx bolts to install rails. I've attached the installation details for you to see how this product installs. Basically the rails will be screwed into place using existing bolts and hole locations.
