The Trifecta Signature 2.0 combines a soft cover look, a hard cover folding design, and an easy-on/easy-off mounting system for a truck bed cover that is both simple and stylish. The 2.0 features clamps that lock and are easy to install and remove, a strong frame and rugged hinges to support the cover, and snap-on rubber seals for better weather protection. This custom-fit tonneau looks sporty, shields your bed and cargo from the elements, and boosts fuel efficiency. It folds up two-thirds of the way or removes easily for those times when you need to haul bulky cargo or tow with your fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch.
Simple is definitely better with the Trifecta. This tonneau is completely self-contained, meaning no assembly is required. There is absolutely no drilling required. And you can quickly and easily remove the cover to transport large cargo in a pinch.
The secret behind the Trifecta's simplicity and versatility is the built-in clamps. These T-style clamps fold up and store inside the bows of the front and rear panels of the cover. Just pop out the clamps, pull them down, and hook them to the included mounting rails. With all 4 clamps attached, the tonneau cover will remain securely in place.
Convenient Folding Design
The Trifecta's tri-fold design lets you easily access the rear of your truck bed. Just open the tailgate, reach under the cover, and undo the spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps to release the rear panel. Fold the clamps back into the panel's bow. Then just lift the panel up to access the rear of your bed. The middle panel doesn't latch down, so it too can be easily lifted up.
When it comes time to haul larger cargo and you need to travel with your truck bed open, the Trifecta is versatile enough to let you do so without your having to remove the tonneau. Fold up the cover from back to front and secure it at the cab with the integrated buckles to free up two-thirds of your bed. For full bed access, just undo the Jaw-Grip clamps at the cab and lift the cover off completely. Then store it until next time. Note: You cannot drive around with only the rear panel open.
If the need suddenly arises to transport large cargo and you need full use of your truck bed, the Trifecta can easily be folded up, removed, and laid in your bed, giving you the ability to transport both your cargo and your tonneau cover at the same time.
To close the cover, simply fold down the panels front to back and reattach the EZ-Lock clamps on the rear panel. When your tailgate is closed and locked, no one will be able to get in to open the cover, thus helping to safeguard your truck bed and its contents.
Sturdy, All-Weather Construction
The Trifecta Signature 2.0 is built to last and comes with a lifetime warranty. The strong, lightweight frame is constructed of aircraft grade aluminum. The frame and bows have a black powder coat finish to protect against rust. The rugged hinges are made of glass-filled nylon with protective padding.
The tonneau skin comes permanently attached to the frame so you don't have to worry about any snaps coming undone or the fabric becoming untucked and blowing in the wind. The cover is sewn into the perimeter frame and corners instead of using the hook-and-loop strips found on other tonneaus. This integrated tuck system improves the appearance of the cover at the hinges and corners.
The vinyl-backed, black canvas skin gives the Trifecta Signature 2.0 an obvious edge over standard vinyl tonneau covers in both durability and looks. The 4 clamps are made of sturdy, fiberglass-reinforced nylon. And rubber seals run around the perimeter of the cover to help keep water out of your truck bed. These seals snap on for a more secure fit when compared with seals that attach with adhesives.
The Trifecta Signature 2.0 comes fully assembled and couldn't be easier to install. First you must attach the included brackets to the included mounting rails, then remove the 4 upper tie-down hooks on your truck. Align the brackets so that they line up with the bolt holes for the tie-down hooks, then thread in the factory bolts and tighten.
Lay the folded cover across your truck bed, behind the cab, and then secure the front panel to the mounting rails using the built-in Jaw-Grip clamps. These clamps come pre-installed in the front bow of the tonneau and attach directly to the rails. The Jaw-Grip clamp limits the extent to which you can turn the T-handle to help prevent over-tightening and damage to the rails.
Once you've attached the front panel to your truck, fold the rest of the cover out and secure the rear panel using the built-in EZ-Lock clamps. Just pop the clamps out of the rear panel's bow so that they hang down near the mounting rails on your truck. Then pull on each clamp individually, maneuver the clamp so that it hooks under the bottom edge of the rail, and release the clamp. The EZ-Lock clamp has a spring-action handle that is easy to use and automatically locks the cover to the truck when you release it. To release the clamps, just tug on each one and detach it from the rail.

Have to say that this is not the greatest money I've ever spent. I had another one on a short bed and it worked great. This one I have to say is junk the do in the summer leaves just enough water on it that it actually sinks in and leave the puddle on it and it's not very tight it's not very square doesn't fit my bed very well and I'm just not happy with it.

East to install. Have had it for year, still looks brand new. Easy to keep clean, no fading. Love the ability to fold it, but not remove it to put things in the bed of my truck. But have removed it for larger items, and is is simple and tasks only a few minutes. Great buy and look forward to using it for another year.
Great fit, very easy to install, appears to be very well made. There is no noticeable flapping or movement of the cover at highway speeds. Love that there are no installed side tracks allowing a quick return to original bed if required. Bed and contents stay dry even when parked in the rain.
Great tonneau cover! Fits well, easily flips up for access or to haul something sticking up out of the rear of the truck bed. Only takes 30 seconds to completely remove if hauling something bigger in the bed. After a year the vinyl backed canvas has not shrunk, is still a deep black and has not faded at all.
This product is the best out there! I have had this on my truck for a year and it still looks new and working perfectly.
I love this cover. Very easy to install and when you need to remove it, also very easy. Looks great. I paid about $100 more by buying from etrailer. Go to Extang and buy direct, much cheaper.
This cover is so much richer looking than a plain vinyl tonneau cover. The canvas cover never looks dirty. It is just a great cover.
This is my second Tonneau cover from Extang. The first was 1.0 I like the look of the 2.0 better, but the functionality of the 1.0 seems better to me. One of my tailgate-end hold-downs keeps sticky, and I have to futz with it to get it to clamp. I also wish the next version would have a way to keep the front straps from sliding from their useful position when the cover is down. In the end, if I buy another pickup, the first accessory I buy will be another Extang!

Excellent cover for my F350 (2019, Short Bed). Still looks new after a year. Good things:
- Easy installation with good fit.
- Keeps bed and contents dry. (I also love my BedRug XLT, so a small amount of water wouldn't be noticed anyway.)
- Quick and easy to fold to cover front 1/3 of truck bed (< 1 minute).
- Easy to remove (< 3 minutes).
- Very little movement, even at freeway speeds.
- Cleans easily: Blow off dust. Spray off bird droppings.
- Looks good: Much better than cheapie vinyl covers.
This is my first tonneau and I am very happy with how easy it is to install and how versatile it is. Having used a canopy for years, this suits my current needs perfectly.
