Since your 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited came with the factory tow package the wiring harness you will want is the part # HM40975-11933 as it will give you both a 4-way and a 7-way.
Now to install a brake controller what you'll need is the part # 5506 which will complete the wiring of the brake controller to the 7-way. If you check out the install video I attached below you'll see exactly how we did this on a similar 2017 Unlimited like yours.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90015. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup. This is a proportional brake controller that senses the amount of braking the tow vehicle is applying and applies a proportionate amount to the trailer brakes. This will be the last brake controller you buy. It can easily be transferred to future vehicles as well.
For a weight distribution system you would want the part # RP66082 which has a tongue weight range of 200-600 lbs which would work well for you as well as has the only sway control available that works to fight sway before it starts.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
