Comparing Radial and Bias Trailer Tire Options for a 2008 Jayco Pop-up Camper

Question:
I have a 2008 jayco pop up camper. Im going to replace the tires but am debatting between bias or radial tires. Is there a big difference for the price.Need 5.30X12 tire in bias donot no the size in ridial. thanks for your help!

There are several differences between radial and bias trailer tires. A radial tire is going to track better and the overall ride quality will be better as well. For a pop-up camper, I would go with radial tires. The radial size you would need is the 145/80-12 that you have referenced, the Kenda Karrier S-Trail Radial Trailer Tire, # AM10130.
This tire is rated for 1,220 pounds at 65 pis. You should always inflate trailer tires to their maximum psi rating as indicated on the tire for best performance and longest life.
