Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Recommendation for Converting Surge Disc to EOH Disc

Question:
I am looking to upgrade my trailer from hydraulic surge brakes to electric over hydraulic and am looking at kits T4843800, and T4843700. First i want to make sure that my 2013 F-150 control module will work with the kits or do i need additional parts. Second why would I want one over the other. In the FAQs i saw quick explanations of the differences but it didnt make much sense to me. I see the T4843700 has additional wiring, plug for the truck, and an additional module. What are these for and will i need the get a plug for the T4843800? Thank you

The factory brake controller of your 2013 Ford F-150 is compatible with electric over hydraulic actuators so in that regard you are good.
Now for a actuator system I recommend going the Hydrastar route as they have proven for us to be the most reliable and fastest working. Our installers love these.
Since you have hydraulic lines already ran all you need is the actuator and the wiring. For that the kit you would want is the part # HS381-9067 which is all that's required to install the kit plus a breakaway kit.

Is HS381-9067 compatible with my factory 2016 F150 controller? Current surge brakes don't want to release so I'm considering moving to EOH setup.
