Question:
I have a ten year old 2007 Carry On 5*10 enclosed trailer that the previous owner told me the axle has never been serviced/greased, the tires are original, and they have never been taken off! The lugs are rusted and I cant imagine the bearings being in good shape. For the peace of mind Id rather swap out the entire axle, wheels and tires on it. The body/frame of the trailer are in good shape, not rotted. Ive determined based on a few searches that axle 3K7258 should fit up. However Im hoping to find a Dexter match with the EZ Lube system. Do you offer one of these that would fit up given the specs of this model? Im hoping to keep the existing leafs but would replace those as well if needed/more convenient.

I may have a solution for you, however we do not currently have a 3,500 pound standard trailer axle that matches the dimensions for the model that you referenced.
I recommend looking into an Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System like the Timbren # ASR3500S06. This system will provide a smooth, quiet, safe ride and can eliminate the need for an axle. This will provide a 3,500 pound weight capacity along with a 4 inch lift to provide greater ground clearance. The EZ Lube spindles will accept compatible hubs like the etrailer.com # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.
I have attached an installation video so you can see exactly how this system installs and operates.
