Would like to purchase this item but unsure if the tread is the same with my Yakima doubledown 4 hitch rack?

The Yakima DoubleDown Bike Racks are uniquely threaded to work only with Yakima threaded hitch pins. To add a lock, you would need to use Yakima LockUp Hitch Lock and Locking Cable, # Y07238.
The Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin, # S64029, is designed for use with Swagman racks only so it will not fit the Yakima DoubleDown Bike Racks.
