I spoke with my contact at EZ Loader and was able to find that the axles on your boat trailer will use the following bearing and race numbers:
Inner bearing: # L68149
Outer bearing: # L44649
Inner race: # L68111
Outer race: # L44610
For the complete kit that includes these bearings, races and seal, you can use the Bearing Kit # BK2-100.
