Question:

Thank you so much for your quick and helpful response. I don't mean to burden you but I have a few more detail questions if you don't mind. What is the length dimension of the inside of the cradle that comes in contact with the 1" tube? Does the anti-sway cage attach to the bottom of the cradle as it appears to do? Does the 852-3006-001 strap work on both the cage and cradle? How many straps will I need to purchase per cradle & cage combination?

The # 853-7887 is designed to fit a 1 inch diameter tube. Since the arms of your rack are 1 inch in diameter this cradle would work, and then for a strap you could get the part # 852-3006-001. For a anti-sway cradle you would want the part # 853-7758.

You'd need two straps. One for the cage and one for the cradle. Both applications use the same strap. The width of the cradle is 2-5/8 inches. The cage attaches to the bottom of the cradle.
