Attaching Galvanized E Track to Flooring In Trailer

Question:
I have a 5 * 15 open trailer with a wood 2 * 8 planks bottom. I transport 2 ATVs and wanted to instal 3 5 etracks. 1 front, 1 middle and 1 back to tie the ATVs down to the o ring accesorires. What is the best way to attach the track to bottom of the trailer? some suggested wood deck screws as there are 60 per 5 section while others suggested galvinized lag bolts going right through with a washer and nut on the other side of the wood wood is firmly attached to frame. I was told I would only have to put 2 bolts every foot with this method and it would not losen like the deck screws might. Also, will the galvinized etrack hold up in an open trailer?

I would recommend using the galvanized lag bolts you refer to. Due to the thickness of the floor, I do not think it would be necessary for all the lag bolts to go through the flooring and bolt to the frame, but having the 4 at each end and two in the center would be a good idea. The remaining bolts, spaced an one foot intervals could be driven into the 2x8 planks. The galvanized e track would hold up well to the weather.
