If you are having problems with the 7-Way and/or 4-Pole connectors on your 2003 Ford F-350 making good, solid connections with your trailer then I would first start off by checking to make sure that they are both clean and free of any corrosion or debris.
If cleaning them doesn't work and you are simply needing to replace the connectors then I recommend replacing them with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way & 4 Pole Trailer Connector # C55774 which will provide you with both the 7-Way and 4-Pole that you currently have.
To replace the wiring harness on your F-350 you would want the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 40167. You can use parts # 18138 and # C57202 if you need replacement hardware to install the 7-Way. This option does not come with a 4-Pole, but one can be added by purchasing the Hopkins # HM40975.
i have attached some review videos for you to check out as well.
