What are the bolt torque settings

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter - 20,000 lbs # AM3200 only has 4 set screws that require torque. According to the installation details from the manufacturer, the 4 set screws need to be tightened to 40 ft. lbs. of torque using a 1/4 inch allen wrench. I've attached the installation details for you which state to tighten the other bolts snug.
