Torque Spec for Kingpin Coupler Set Screws for Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Hitch

What is the torque setting for the 4 set screws and does it have to be level to the trailer box?

In regards to the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter part # AM3200, the four kingpin coupler set screws will need to be torqued to 40 ft. lbs. per the manual. The kingpin coupler will need to be center on the pin box before torqued down which is also explained in the manual.
