The Curt T-Connector gives you a standard 4-pole flat connector that powers your trailer’s running lights, turn signals, and brake lights. Each wire color is easy to follow—white for ground, brown for running lights, yellow for left turn/brake, and green for right turn/brake—so you can test and confirm every function with a simple circuit tester before heading out.
The integrated converter keeps the vehicle electronics safe from trailer-side shorts or overloads. It also helps prevent issues like blown fuses or back-feeding power. With proper grounding to a clean metal surface, the harness delivers steady power through each circuit so your trailer lights stay bright and consistent.
Instead of leaving the connector exposed to road spray or salt, this setup routes the 4-flat plug through the rear hatch when you need it. The weather seal around the hatch protects the wire even when closed, so you can keep the connector clean, dry, and ready for the next tow.

No problems. My install mod still intact and tight, no leaks. You should consider a better trailer electrical plug install that does NOT hang out the back door seal

One year later the harness is working perfectly. It is very durable wire and the connections are as good as any of the stock connectors.
