While there isn't a Timbren system that is designed to fit your 1972 Chevy Blazer 4x4 I do have a solution for you. For a suspension enhancement system that will fit and that is not an air bag system you can use RoadActive Suspension Kit Item # RAS4511.

This system will also help reduce sag, body role, axle wrap, wheel hop and increase handling like other upgrades. And like Timbren springs once the active suspension system is installed it does not require maintenance. I have linked a video review for you.
