Hello I have a 2001 Thor Tahoe Lite 24ft trailer and was wondering if the part # K71-707-02 will fit on the trailer.

I checked the available online specs for several of the five travel trailers in the 2001 Thor Lite series but I could not confirm axle specs other than that they are all tandem axle designs.
If your trailer has torsion axles (instead of axles suspended on leaf springs) then one of the available Torflex Lift Kits should work fine. These are available in various amounts of lift for different axle ratings.
The tandem axle lift kit you referenced, part # K71-707-02, works with #10 Torflex axles rated for 2,300 to 4,000-lbs to provide 2-5/8-inches of lift. This is the correct kit based on the GVWRs of the trailers in the Lite Series.
Tandem kit # K71-724-02 fits #11 Torflex axles rated between 4100-6000-lbs and provides 2-7/8-inches of lift.
Tandem kit # K71-725-02 fits #12 Torflex axles rated for 5500-7000-lbs and provides 3-1/8-inches of lift.
