Recommended Gooseneck Compatible With Standard 5th Wheel Rails

Question:
Trying to identify the rails in my truck so I can get a Gooseneck attachment. Had previous 5th wheel. They are flat about 3inch wide, small space between them, with only three holes. They are not flat on each side with a raised center. Can you help me identify the manufacture so I can get the correct goose ball?
