looking at purchasing a D13503 for my 2014 Town and Country was watching the video for it and it says to us the GM 13035 snap in adapter? did I hear that correctly?

You did hear that correctly and I apologize for the confusion. The "GM" radiator adapter part # D13035 was used to install the # D13503 that you mentioned. While most cases that adapter is used for GM vehicles it does sometimes work in other applications since vehicle manufacturers tend to use the same radiator manufacturers as each other.
