How to Remove Screen for Cleaning on Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan

Question:

On the Easy-Lift vent for RV bathroom w/ fan , how do you snap out screen to clean, I miss that part on how to do it, installed. I purchased extra from you guys, but only need to clean, Thank you

I spoke with my contact at Ventline regarding your E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V3094-603-00C.

To remove the screen, you will just need to release the 8 tabs by pressing a small screwdriver to them. You can release one tab at a time. Once all the tabs are released, the screen should pop out for easy cleaning. I have attached an image that shows one of these tabs for you to check out.

Very poor instructions. It does not work as easily as you say, especially when you’re reaching up into a recessed area. There is no way to pull it down without breaking the tabs because there is no give.
