Hardware Recommendation for Installing E-Tracks to a Metal Floor

Question:
I have a steel trailer bed with ramp style for the wheels and an open center. I would not be able to use the recommended carriage bolts with the steel. What would you recommend? Also what is the set back on the front mounts? This style of mount will move my UTV back from my normal tie down position. The problem that I see with using this is hitting the center of the mounts when loading/parking the UTV so the straps would be centered on the wheel.

If I was installing the E-tracks to a steel floor I would go with self tapping screws. I would most likely do every other bolt hole too. For a set of self tapping screws designed for E-tracks we have the part # SLHSDDS-P which comes with a quantity of 4 screws.
