Is Bushing Needed with Yates Ribbed Wobble Roller

Question:
Im looking at the design and it doesnt seen that you need and he can of Bearings or bushings . So these wheels would just slide onto a 5/8inch shaft ? Im asking because Ive seen some yates rollers with the white nylon bushings.

The Yates Wobble Roller # YR530R-5P includes a bushing already. An additional bushing is not necessary.
