Question:
Regarding the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift : I watch teh video but, I did not see info on adjusting the inside trim to fit thin roof structures. I am looking for a vent for a high top van turtle top type which is a molded fiberglass shell with minimal framing. Is there a PDF on installation techniques for this fan. I do like it.

The garnishes for fans such as # FV802250 can be trimmed to fit a thinner roof. The easiest way to do it is to trim it to length using a rotary tool. If no rotary tool is available scoring each side repeatedly with a box cutter or Exacto knife and ruler can do the job.
If your roof is really thin you will likely need to replace the included garnish with a shorter one such as # VA0445-25.
