Determining Correct Bolt Pattern and Tire Size for Replacement Tires and Wheels on Jayco Camper
Updated 06/07/2017 | Published 06/05/2017 >
Question:
I have a 1991 Jayco J-Series 1006 and I need to get tires and rims for it .. I know its a 4 lug pattern and I measured the bolt pattern.. I think it was 3 inchs center to center from one lug to the next. From what I am seeing though everything is a 4 inch .. Am I wrong ?

To determine the bolt pattern on your existing wheels, you will measure center-to-center on lugs directly across from each other (not next to each other). Most likely your wheels have a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern, but you will want to measure them to confirm. I have attached a very helpful article that explains exactly how to do this in more detail for you to check out.
You will then want to locate the tire size on your existing Jayco J-Series tires. This will be listed on the tire's sidewall. I have attached an additional article on trailer tire sizes and what each of the numbers correspond to.
I have included a link that will take you to our available selection of trailer tires and wheels for you to look through.
