Im looking for a 0inch rise ball mount for a 2inch ball, 2inch receiver. It can have a ball permanently mounted. Thanks,

The best option we have is the Curt dual ball mount part # C45002. It has a zero rise and a 2 inch and 2-5/16 inch ball mounted on either side of it.

The Curt Solid 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches #C45002 has a 5/8" diameter pin hole, so the correct pin and clip to use is part #PC3, which is designed for Class III, IV and V receivers.
