Is the light on the Yakima replacement license plate holder an LED or incandescent bulb? If incandescent, can the bulb be replaced?

The bulbs in the Yakima license plate kit for Rack and Roll trailers # 8880166 uses incandescent bulbs. The bulbs are replaceable and can be obtained at any auto parts store.
