Curt makes the sliding hitch for this application and it is the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16515-16020. You can get just the sliding base # C16020 if you already have the hitch head.
